Zhou is a pioneering thinker who founded CBEC and serves as its guiding visionary. He is also the CEO and founder of the You Fund. As a professor at Huazhong Agricultural University, he leads through his commitment to hands-on education and the Farm Worker Spirit. His leadership continues to motivate and inspire CBEC members.

Amar, an Associate Professor at Huanggang Normal Univeristy, handles key research, publications, and forums. He oversees the the Entrepreneurship for Sustainability journal, forums, the website, and other academic initiatives. Since 2024, he is the Program Manager for You Microfinance Fund of the CBEC Group. Website

Ms Li is currently pursuing a double PhD at Groningen Netherlands and HZAU China. while leading communications and blogging for CBEC. A protégé of Zhou, she is a dedicated contributor across domains like writing, planning, and outreach. Her efforts are vital to every initiative.
